Presenter: Nathan Tyler Lowry

Presenter’s Bio:

Nathan Tyler Lowry has worked in GIS since 1996 and in Colorado since 2000, for federal, state and local governments, and commercial and industrial clients large and small. In 2022, after six years of full-time caregiving for his autistic nonverbal adult son and part-time work assisting rural Colorado counties with cadastral and address location information, he was hired by Plummer first to identify and recommended organization, process and system developments to assist this small but growing utilities Texas-based engineering firm to use GIS as a growing managed capability for their consulting practice and second to lead its inception and growth. Having supported large government agencies in the planning, system design and business process development efforts previously, Mr. Lowry is eagerly enjoying the opportunity to lead a GIS practice with a company that recognizes its responsibilities to enable its success through the development of people, their technology resources, and skills and knowledge in the application of GIS to support enterprise needs. He lives and works in Colorado Springs, manages an impairing illness, loves to sing and arrange music, and cares for his family.
